hmmm my cat rattlet when I installed my flowmaster 80 for few days,and now its gone

i thought my stock cat was rattling, replaced it with a 3" high flow catco and the ***** still rattles. I suspect it is what 96 t-top said, something in the y-pipe

If you replaced your cat, all your heat shields are fastened down nicely and no exhaust leaks in your exhaust, it will most likely be the y-pipe.

I bought one off a fellow v6er who just purchased headers and still had his stock y-pipe in the garage. I got it for $65 shipped i believe. You might wanna make a post in the F/S section and see if anyone has one laying around. Or go to a shop and have them make you a custom one. Might cost a bit.

Or you can always get a new set of headers and y pipe...this gives you a reason to get them :D
