do 3.8 aftermarket headers install from the top of the engine compartment or the bottom? What all needs to be removed from the engine to install? starter, entire exhaust system etc.....

Hehehe... I think you should probably get some results if you do a thread subject search of "header install". But to answer your question quickly, you have to work from both the top and bottom, and it's really a 2-person job, often requiring one person working from the top, and the other underneath the car. Check the CamaroV6.com modifications encyclopedia for the headers install guide, it will tell you what needs to be removed. But basically (besides the original exhaust manifolds) all that needs to be taken off is the oil dipstick tube.
