Heya, im getting a catback (Muffler and chrome tips) from a 99z28, kind of as a temporary placeholder until i can afford a triflo, I have the original 95 muffler on my car with 60,000 miles on it, the new one only has around 10,000
on my 95 3.4, how do you think it will sound? also, will the sound improve with the addition of a high flo 3 in cat? what if i toss a set of headers into the mix?

thanks

when you say catback. do you mean the actual exhuast piping from the Cat back. or do you mean just the muffler/tips like you put in the parenthesis.

If you get the whole system you should see some gain increasing from 2.25inch piping to 2.75 inch. sound should also improve as well. If its just the muffler then no i doubt you will see much if any gain

It's just the muffler and tips, for now, my concern really isint a performance gain, i would just like somethig to take up the excess space, and look good while doing it, and hopefully not sound like an uber rice rocket..

Beautiful do you think there will be anything special i will need to do the install? or is it a matter of just removing and replacing with the catback?
