thanks to viper04af here are some video's 99v6cam and i made. http://www.turbov6camaro.com/video/CV6SLP/v6rev/

i have 4 revs on my video.
1st- 2.5k
2nd- 3.5k
3rd- 4k
4th- 2k

for the drive by my car is almost redline in 2nd gear when i drive by. i just floored it and stopped once the car shifted into 3rd gear.

enjoy the videos. hope this helps some of you decide between loudmouth and rumbler.

my first rev was slow to 2500 then fast to 2000 then fast to 4000 then another slow to 2000. My driveby video I just shifted into 3rd as I'm about to flyby the camera then I have to slam the brakes because people drive rediculously slow. Gotta love the burnt out brake light too.

On a side note, an STi wanted to race me today bc of my exhaust. He thought I put the V6 badges on there to trick people into thinking I was slow. I think I may take em off, I dunno though...

The videos were good. Makes me glad I don't have either though. Both systems sound good at idle / low rpm's, but too much rasp/buzz for my daily driver.

I still think the 3.4 sounds better than the 3.8

You all need to get a real muffler and stop buzzing around town drawing extra attention to yourselves

I think the LM and the Rumbler both contribute to prolonged hearing loss and should have warnings posted. Seriously!

Good videos though, wish I had the means to record my car, it sounds sweet all the way through the rpm range :D And get this, I can HEAR people talk inside my car without them yelling or me letting off the gas completely! Who'd a thought?!

for you guys w/ a "better" exhaust, lets get some videos up. i would like to get some videos of the most popular exhaust systems and put them up top as a sticky so people won't ask everyday "which exhaust sounds best"?

i think people are always partial to their own exhaust. i can't speak for myself (since i've never let someone drive my car to hear my echaust) but 99v6cam's car sounds a lot better in person. you can't really tell how loud it is in the video and it sounds really close to a v8.

i've had a 2.75'' flowmaster catback w/ a 2.5'' catco cat and i can say the rumbler sounds a lot better throughout the rpm range. i find myself getting worse gas mileage now b/c i'm not scared to get it up to 4k all the time. the rumbler is very tame under normal driving. but when you get on it, its loud!

lets get some more comments, positive or negative, and lets try to get more videos to help out new members looking for the "best" exhaust.

thats the rumbler on the 3.4? i didnt think it would buzz that much, sounds pretty good on the stock exhaust

so i take it the rumbler is the best bet for a 3.4?

Both sound really good down low. Up top, pretty buzzy, but what can you expect from a 6?
Anyways, I'm thinking about getting LM, so how long have you had yours on, and how long did it take to break in?

I've only had the loudmouth for about 4 months, sounds better everyday, and since I got the headers, sounds louder and deeper everyday.
