well, most people that do what you want to do either buy dryer hose, high-temp flex hose or I believe 3" pcv piping and put all the proper bends into it. Do a search and I'm sure it'll turn up some ideas on how to do it. I'm guessing you still don't want to do the whisper lid? Did you know they make a carbon fiber lid? You know, since the plain one is too boring, maybe the CF one will do the trick.

yeah, i saw that one, its slightly nicer, im still not sure. for 130$ or whatever it is, the whole point of the lid is for performance and whats it gon do? add 5hp if im lucky? so it might as well look nice. i think i will just leave it stock and get a new filter for now, and get my exhaust in about a month.
ive been told i will have to pay around $500 to get the parts on my gas gauge fixed. I took it to this little automechanic and he didnt even do ****(he wanted 1400$ to fix it), and hes charging me 300$ to get my car back.

well, for close to the same gain as a whisper lid, you can take your lid off, and smooth down the fins on the underside of your stock one. Close to the same, though you still have the baffles, for free2000 silver A4 Camaro
Whisper lid; Free Ram Air; BMR stb; MSD super conductor wires; Gatorback belt?
1986 RX-7 (daily driver)
