Personally i have heard one in person (Jame's car ;) ) and it sound very nice and deep down low, but up top it sounds like a loud twin engine airplane.

1. Do you have to get the extra kit to install it on our v6's and what is included in the cat-back. Yes
2. Having headers such as Pacesetter or RKsport (enter brand name here) How does it sound? Mine are stock.
3. Do you like it? all comments accepted. I like it a lot, it get's a litle high up top but nothing else is meaner, or louder down low.

1. Yes, install kit comes with the hangars and everything, and for me, and S pipe for my car.
2. I have stock manifolds, but I added a highflow cat and it got deeper?
3. yes, but at above 3K it starts to buzz
