When I bought my car it had 3.5 inch tips on it, which are probly hindering my performance and are also worn. I'm looking to drop down to at the most 3' and was wondering where I should go to get the welding done and how much will it cost? Thanks for your help.

$10-$100 for the tips
ANY exhaust shop sells tips and will weld them on.
