the one for the 3.4L is by Pacesetter. dunno about the 3.8L but i would assume it's by Pacesetter also.Comment

Yes it is pacesetter for the 3.4 I have it on my car and i love it. It sounds as good to a flow or dynomax. Install was easy and everything was aluminized. No matter what you it'll still be a little ricey above 3000 rpms no matter what exhaust you use except maybe Borala. For the money you cant beat the Pacesetter system.

You can get the cat back pace setter system at Summit thats where i got mine. It sounds pretty good. but i'm going with a flowmaster now, cause the pacesetter rattles really bad for some reason. I have it on a 3.8, sounds exactly like the flowmaster 40 series with delta flow I had before...
