i just got my ram air today with air box the question is when i install it would it be a good ideal to put a cai with it or can you have to much air any replies would be great

It's either CAI or ram air, not both.

They are basically different themes on the same idea. Colder, unrestricted air into the engine. Depending on your use, area, weather, etc., it seems that SLP CAI is the most popular.

does the slp cai come with the filter? or is there a k&n drop in that fits in it?

It comes with the filters that are just like K&N. You can get some K&N's for it if you want but its not necessary.
