Well I took some pictures and I tried to fathom the whole get thicker flanges or three bolt flanges, the two bolt flanges are pretty thick, 1/4'' thick. Are you sure about this? Maybe I do need it, but I was thinking maybe they welded thicker flanges. Tell me if Im wrong. Ill post pics here in a min.

Aight yo, the flanges that bolt up the heads are plenty think. And the ones at the end of the collectors are equally thick, I know what you're talking about, I just got mine. However, the shape of the 2 bolt flange is the source of the problem. It's a weaker seal and is prone to leaking. I'm going to try a few attempts at sealing mine before I take to cutting on them. But those headers you have are the same style as the ones everyone has had problems with. Just so yah know
