  • Sweet Thunder Muffler Installed! Look Inside..

I just bought one of the 24" Aluminized Steel Sweet Thunder mufflers and had it welded on at the I-pipe, there isn't anything after that though. It sounds frickin awesome, not like anything I have ever heard. It has a great rumble to it and has kind of an exotic sound to it when you floor it, without the extra pipes afterwards it is quite loud. The chambers work kind of like a resonator so there is absolutely no raspy noise or anything, just deep and very loud! I'm loving it! :D The guy installed a clamp near the end of the pipe to the underside of the car, MIG welded the pipe to the hanger, and then clamped and MIG welded the clamp, it doesn't move an inch at all! I recommend this setup to anybody who's looking for a different and deep sound. (I've had Dynomax, Flowmasters and a straight pipe installed before, this sounds nothing like any of them) I will post some sound clips if I can find somebody who has the parts to do it with around here.

See now this is what Im talkin about, I spoke out against flowmaster adn doing something more original and I get attacked ;) I get the same complemts on my exhaust "I thought an Exotic was comin down the block" I have a cutout with some pipe that straites the air flow to remove the rasp- kind the same Idea. Man I love it. I wanna hear urs to see how similar it sounds. thing I love about mine is its not very loud in the car, its there but outside it can be heard for a long ways.
