    Dynomouth Sound/VID CLIPS!!!!

    got it put in, not much change but someones gotta be the guinea i guess...

    this is a flyby similar to the one i did with the loudmouth, compare it and you will notice that it is SLIGHTLY quieter (maybe just camera position)but its also a little deeper sounding...

    then there is the actual vid where i do some revs in neutral and then put a load on it and then drive off and forget to shift out of first in my shiftkitted automatic...hahah....

      i think it sounded better before...:shrug:. still one of the better sounding systems (minus headers) that i've heard. cant wait for my tsp lol

        Which dynomax muffler did you use exactly? I'm thinking about doing the same to my LM cuz I think I'm starting to go deaf because it's so loud!

          Sounds good. What is a Dynomouth? is it a mix of dynomax and loudmouth systems?

            yes it is [img]smile.gif[/img] the loudmouths sad excuse for a muffler is this "resonator" which is just a section about a foot long of 4 inch piping lol, totally normal piping, its just like taking 3 inch piping and routing it all the way out and splitting it out two ways, and then cuting out a section and puting plain ol 4 inch in there.. the dynomax is 4 inch too BUT it has a second layer of sheetmetal on the inside, like a 3.8 inch diameter cylinder INSIDE of the 4 inch that has periferated holes everywhere to catch the air and it kinda acts like a chese grater (sp?) and it help muffle the noise but NOT by much at all, very hard to notice unles you own one, it is however SLIghtly quieter and SLIGHTly deeper so not a COMPLETE waste hahaha, id go with the longer one for less rasp and maybe a little deeper tone.

              Sounds even better now, but I think I'm going to go for the Borla XR-1 bullet for my resonator replacement. The LM still sounds mean but driving the past few days to work (40 min drive) has been annoying and deafening! So I think it's time to quite her down a wee bit and I hear the Borla Bullets do an even better job than the Dynomax ones... they better for $104 a piece!! I wonder if ANY places don't have them backordered?

                ill be keeping in touch with you, lol. once you get that done, PROMISE me you will make a sound clip... i NEED to hear it lol, i may go that route as well. you can be the guinea on this one bud
