  • what kind of difference will I notice after put on my headers?

I just ordered headers from texas speed and was wondering if there will be a diffrence in my exhaust sound. i ordered the regular pacesetters, not the ceramic ones. Also anyone know how long it'll take for them to arrive? whats a good price to pay for installation?

Do you have the tubular manifolds now? If so you won't notice much of an improvement as far as power goes but the sound will change, deeper and louder. You can probably install them yourself but if not it shouldn't take a good shop more than an hour or so to install them, assuming there are no major fitment issues...

I noticed some decent gains, also alot different sound compared to the tubular manifolds. Most of the gains you can feel around 60mph or so.

Other mods, track conditions, your driving ability, your car period. Lots of things. At a random guess I'd give you 5-10 rwhp.

I'd say probably 10 hp at the flywheel depending on other mods. But then again I have no idea and its just a guess, we're both guessing so who knows. lol.

I noticed rubbing and leaking... but I dont think thats the difference you're talking about.

                      I'd guess maybe 5RWHP.

They may or may not rub. Hawgs is referring to a bad batch of headers from pacesetter. Mine do not rub at all, and no leaks so far.
