flowmast muffler .... will it fit

are all flowmaster 80 series mufflers the same? i got one on ebay awhile ago, and a shop told me that it's the wrong one and won't fit my car

the muffler has one 2.5" opening on one side, and two 2.5" openings on the other side...is it the right one for a 97 v6 firebird?

however, it wasn't an exhaust shop, maybe that was the problem (it was a body shop)

From the sounds of it, it should fit without any problems.

I just got that on my car. Same size too. No problems here

well it won't directly fit but any exhaust shop can enlarge the i-pipe 1/4" to make it fit.

which is exactly what they did for me... till i got my 2.75 i pipe and it could just reduce into the muffler
