Finally decided to get a TSP Rumbler for my car. The shop that put the SLP SS exhaust on my car said they cannot get it to fit right. I'm tired of the car looking like a royal piece with uneven tips and a slight leak on the passenger side. Is the TSP a 3" kit all the way back? Does it come with an S Pipe?
Let me know so I can kinda get this thing priced out. Hopefully I'll get this done, the 3.42's and my suspension in the next 2 or 3 months. Thanks!
Yes the TSP is a full 3" system. No it does not come with a S pipe. When you order the Rumbler you can order the LT1 install kit that has the hangers and S pipe that will fit our cars.
The install kit includes different hangars and a 3" mandrel bent S pipe.
It takes a little bit of fabrication to get the Rumbler to fit properly with plenty of clearance, so make sure you take it to an exhaust shop that will put the effort into installing it correctly.
When installed correctly you shouldn't lose any clearance. The guy that installed mine cut 1-2 inches off the over axle pipe, this allowed him to pull everything so the pipe very close to the car.
Here is what it should look like installed correctly:

The SLP Kit is what was used on my car to install the Rumbler. I am not sure what you mean by "hook right up".
The Rumbler itself takes some fabrication to fit properly on V6's and still have clearance (if it is installed correctly you will not lose any clearance).
