i had to take them off the car today to put some gaskets instead of the leaky silicone so i brought them to the house and took some pics w/the webcam...

I saw you closed your EGR, how that going for you??? did you just erase the code for it? i have heard that removing it cause trouble w/ cold starts, especially in the winter

there isnt any ground clearance problems since the tubing and collectors are so small, the removed EGR is going fine, i had it erased when i got it tuned...as far as the cold starts i dont have any idea its only been running for a little over a week....

I had my EGR hole in the header welded closed when I got my Pacesetters. ZZP makes a simulator so you don't get the SES.

Nice work, think maybe your shop could make copies of em for the rest of us? I'd feel a lot better about replacing my tubular manifolds if something besides shorties were available. I'm sure a lot of people would be VERY interested.

i asked him about it and he said probably not because there probably isnt enough buyers willing to pay for them, i tried to sway him but i doubt he'll do anything....its not a real hard job, just takes time, anyone who can build custom headers(which is normally race car builders) can handle the task...
