But go ahead and try, I'll bet you get rid of them within weeks cuz it'll sound like *** when the car is actually moving i.e. not just idling.
I've had True duals since Feb and am not getting rid of them.. Have you even heard a V6 with True Duals? If you haven't I suggest you don't comment on something you have no idea about. </font>[/QUOTE]About to say the SAME thing. I remember a long time ago I read someone saying that ohh it will sound like 3 cylinders...BULL Crap. That means a 5.0 Mustang would sound like two 4 banger motors.

As a matter of fact I HAVE heard a V6 with true duals, albeit it was a 3.8L Mustang but it's the same principle. It sounds a lot like a LM to me personally; it was decent low end and horrible on top end. This guy had a kit made for the GTs, so it was legit. People get true duals because the overall tone is deeper not just because it's loud! Hell, some people even put real mufflers on their's instead of bullets or nothing at all. I'm sticking by my OPINION which no one can tell me to keep to myself.
But like I said I'll listen to a sound clip if you've got a decent one. I may be very opinionated but I can change my mind in a heartbeat!

The Ford 3.8 is a totally different beast compared to the 3800 in the F-body. Not only foes the Ford 3.8 have a different firing order but also have a different crank rotation than the 3800 (Buick) V6 used in the F-body. Both engines sound totally different from one another because of it. IMO the 3.8 Ford sounds like a tractor with tru duals, but 3800 sounds a whole heck of alot better because of the different firing order and crank rotation. So untill you have heard a TRUE 3800 with tru duals you have no room to judge on how they sound. It is like saying whne you put Flowmasters on a 5.0 stang i guess all V8s sound like that you put Flowmasters on it.
