I just had my new Flowmaster catback with dual exhaust put on my bird yesterday. I know you Borla guys might be saying "big deal", but this is a real improvement for me coming off the stock single exhaust. I did have a question though. In the literature, Flowmaster claims that because of the increased efficiancy of their product, the temperatures under the hood are greatly reduced.
Is this just Public Relations fluff or have any of you found this to be true. Even if it isn't,
I just l-o-v-e.....that rumble!

i don't know if anybody has ever actually checked this out; i think for a real difference to occur you would have to step up to headers. it would be interesting to see what happens, though.

i don't know if it'd make the engine cooler with exhaust, but if you get headers and ceramic coat them, it'll keep the heat retained which results in a cooler engine bay.
