If you have a dremel tool, you can use a cutting disc to cut a groove into the existing part sticking out of the cylinder head. Make it thin so it looks like the head of a screw that would use a flat-head screwdriver to remove. Then, use a flat head and remove.
Another way is to use a set of vice grips and some Rust Eater.- Josh
If you have any questions or need installation pics/help, e-mail me: Viper98885@aol.com
\'93 Camaro Hardtop
\'01 Lincoln LS8 Sport
\'00 Yamaha YZF-R6
Full Throttle Performance

hehe Mine was basically fused into the head due to the stock manifolds leaking directly over the bolt. I also installed the headers and didn't fix it for like 5 months lol.00\' firebird v6 5spd
201rwhp ---- 230 rwtq
\"Everyday I grow stronger...and further from you.\"
WARNING: Do not take any of my comments seriously unless they are technical in nature and then only at your own risk
