My car needs to be smogged soon. I am thinking of matching up my I-pipe with my Flow Master exhaust to get rid of the popping while decelerating and I also want to get a high-flow cat. My question is will it pass smog ok in California with the larger I-pipe and hi-flow cat?Comment
