It's because of the european normalisations (to much noise...)

european normalisations???? maybe its just a way of america to get back at europe for them limiting the performance of BMW's and Mercedes Benz's that are imported here.. [img]tongue.gif[/img]
anyways, you should upgrade your exhaust, that is probably why you are lacking 7HP to make it 200..
