Ok so do you mean the pipe isn't resting on the axle? If it isn't, I'd look at the top... it may be touching the heat shield. Mine was, so I lowered the rear hangers about 5mm so that it wouldn't touch.

I have the SLP SS 3 inch catback system and mine does the same thing at low RPM's. I've been trying to figure out where the noise is coming from but with no luck. Let me know if you find an answer!

its not resting on it, but when the car is running in park i can put my finger on the pipe, its rattling on the bottom, hugger, when you start your car in the morning, take a look at the bottom, the pipes take a while to get hot so you've got some time... im gonna take mine to the place that welded mine together and see what they can do.

        ill update when i know

ok well i stopped by the shop that did my exhaust today and they put it up on the lift..... two exhaust guys both convinced me that its my cat WTF i just put a catco on there in july thats BULLSH!T so i just contacted summit and they are gonna ship a new one out today and ill ship the other one back when i get it off so thats cool. But on the downside i have to pay for the guys to put the new cat on and have to pay for shipping the fuc#$ up one back to summit.... call me cheap but that kinda pisses me off... but if it fixes that D@MN rattle i guess 20-50 bucks is worth it.
