The instructions that come with the package are confusing so here's what I did (mine was a 3.4, but it should be very similar)
      1. ditch the stock airbox and duct, leave the duct running into you intake manifold, there will be a clamp separating the ducts.
      2. place the plastic block off plate below where the airbox was(it kinda clicks in)make sure the holes line up with where the pipes come in.
      3. move the radiator back an inch or so (you'll have to take some screws out on top of it).
      4. fit the pipe into the duct remaining, this is a very tight fit and is a pain, but it will fit.
      5. set the pipes down through the plastic plate, make should everything is fitting well, adjust as needed( you may need to push the pipe into the duct more or less)
      6. take the panel off underneath the area
      7. get your hand up in there and put the air filters in( also annoying to do)
      8. reattach the panel
      9. move and secure the radiator back in place

I found it easier to put the filters in from underneath, you could try another method if you'd like, but this works well. I disconnected the battery for awhile to reset the computer. When you reconnect it, make sure to computer gets used to the extra air flow, so give it plenty of gas when you take it out. ... good luck

CamaroKing's instructions are all wrong for a 3.8L.

Installation is pretty straight forward, not sure how it could be confusing

You've probably already got them on by now, but if you need help feel free to email me.

        1. Remove stock intake, helps if you do it in this order:
-pipe between radiator (unscrew clamp and pull out)

-box on throttle body (remove pins holding box onto radiator, pull rubber off TB, slide box out)

        -filter box (pull it out)

        -air silencer (yank it out)

        2. Install CAI
-slide the plastic piece that came with cai over the two pipes so that the bottom faces down

-slide tube in between radiator (it will hook to where the filter box used to be)

-attach the elbow to the TB (the end that goes on the TB will be oval shaped because its manufactuered for the LT1's oval TB. the part that sticks out of the elbow faces down.)
You will probably have to wrestle with it before you get it to fit over the TB AND cai pipe.

-get under the front drivers-side of the car and unscrew the 10mm screws holding the plasitc cover on. once its off you'll have access to the end of the pipes

-attach filters the the ends of pipes and tighten them down

        Done.
