I'm looking for a 3" I-pipe. Dynomax makes PN WLK-53061 and WLK-54064 from summit.
My question is, Do I have to buy the I-pipe(WLK-54064) or could I get away with a 4' section of straight 3" pipe and cut it to fit for $15 instead of $41 for the dynomax?
I also plan on doing the S-pipe and cat as well but have them taken care of.

im pretty sure that you need both. that is what i ordered. and you do need both.
