Exhaust tips

Are all exhaust tips stainless steel? Are some tips more prone to surface rusting than others or pretty much the same for all? I'm looking at getting a cheap pair of long 3" slash tips for 25 bucks a piece. Seems kind of cheap to me. Will I hvae any regrets down the road with rusting, cracking or anything?

I don't know if all of them are stainless steel. However, make sure they are before you buy them. Anyway, its only like $40-60 for two exhaust tips anyway, so if they rust after a couple years, just get new ones.
