Considering TSP Rumbler, help

Excuse the newbishness, I've searched through many threads, and I've come to a problem.

After considering my extremely low budget, as well as many sound clips, I hear that the TSP Rumbler is the best catback for your money. I listened to quite a few clips, and it sounds nice.

However, on the TSP site, I only found the catback kit for 98+ LT1/V6.. I've got a 97 v6, will this same kit work? Also, I suppose the kit for $200 includes everything I need? I'm going to have the muffler shop weld it all on. Also, I guess I'll go ahead and order a high flow cat at the same time, but again my budget is short... what do I need to look for?

well, it will work fine. i would order under the 97section cause it said it had adapters. if anything, your exhaust shop can make the hangers work cause thats the only difference between the years. one thing though, it doesnt show an s-pipe. mention that to your shop to make sure he can fab one up. if not, do a search in this section for how to get one.

So that's all I need + an S pipe? And I can just take this stuff to my muffler shop and ask to put it on?

i noticed though, thier kit doesnt come with tips. you have to add that if you want at the bottom

I had mine put on on a few weeks ago. I bought the s pipe seperatly so it only cost me $200 at the shop. thats $100 for labor, $70 for tips, $20 for an adapter for the high flow cat, and $10 for other little odds and ends.

I've got tips already lined up, so that's not an issue. Where can I just buy an S pipe? Without buying the U pipe and cutting/welding it? How much should I look to spend for a high flow cat? and what's a good one to look at?

as for cat's. search ebay, magnaflow makes great cats. id get a 3inch in/out cat, they're about $65 and im pretty sure its free shipping.if you want ill find a link quick.

TSP Rumbler is probably one of the best, but its not the best bang for the buck.

how do you figure that? its $200. whats a better bang for your buck then? im buying a rumbler withen the next 4-5 months. IMO its a GEAT sounding exhuast for a very cheap price.

I too have the Rumbler W/high-flow cat.
