Today i took off my throttle body and found oil in my manifold , would anyone happen to know what might have caused this? Thanks in advance

I have another question, sometimes when i back up my transmission makes a grinding clunking sound and when im driving and go over bumps in the road it seems like it bounces around, any clues to what it could be ? -
