Loudmouth legal in NJ?? Also do I need to order this?
I would like to know if I could pass NJ state inspection with the SLP loudmouth on my car.
Basically I want to get this--http://www.lmperformance.com/2810/13.html
Do I also need to order this??--http://www.lmperformance.com/2809/13.html (it says 93 to 95)
I have a 98 Firebird with a stock cat.

Yes, you need the S-Pipe. It is made for the 93-95 V8, but it fits our cars fine.
You can either get that S-Pipe, or get an exhaust shop to make one for you.
It doesn't matter if you have the stock cat or not it would still be in the same place.

Merlin--- I just ordered the Texas Speed Rumbler with smoked tips. Looks hot. Matt sent me pics of the tips so I could pick which i liked better and the smoked looks HOT. lol
