What size cutout do I need on my stock pipes if I put it before the cat? What is the best place for a cutout (sound-wise)?

i may be wrong, but im gonna get 2.5 inch flowtech, once i get my pacesetter. If we go with 3 inch on a stock 2 1/4 inch pipe, it's gonna cost more to install and look kinda weird. I would probably put it somewhere after the cat, like under the passenger seats. like I said, I MAYBE WRONG, but this is MO.

ya 2.25 is stock piping size but a 2.5 could go on, search for the plac of the cutout there was a huge discussion on it not oo long ago.\"Well, we don\'t care how bad-*** some dude\'s N/A Honda S2000 motor is; if you go up against 900+ pushrod ponies and 750 pounds of earth-shaking torque with a wrong-wheel-drive econobox, you\'re gonna get a fast and furious old-school ***-whipping.\"
