Replace Cat with a Resonator sound ok?

How does it sound to replace my cat converter with a resonator? Anyone do this?

I will do this when I decide on a cat-back.

I would go with a dynomax bullet.

I'm not very happy with my Dynomax Bullet (no cat) and open Borla. :( Too raspy... However, I think it sounds okay with the Borla closed.

I think my car sounded best with the stock manifolds, cat, & S-pipe going into my LS1 Borla. The exhaust note started going downhill (IMHO) when I installed 3" Crapco cat & S-pipe. Exhaust note got much worse with headers,
!CAT, and Dynomax Bullet muffler (as mentioned above). :mad:

Carsound makes a resonated high flow cat. Stay legal and don't drive a stinky car.

Yea, my cat would be Carsound.

My cat-back would either be Dynomouth or Magnaflow. I just want a resonator so it woun't sound all buzzy up top. :(
