flowmaster 40 series

Does anybody have a sound clip of a 3.8 with a 40 series flowmaster...or at least has anybody heard this setup? I'm getting rid of my stock exhaust but I don't want to spend extra time trying different mufflers if I don't have to. Thanks.

Apparently i have a 40 series flowmaster, or so i was told in my thread. I didn't put it in myself, it came with the car i bought. Its got a nice sounds, tho mine isn't incredibly loud or anything... no sound clips sorry.

have a friend that had the 40, loud but I don't know... my 80 series is more of a deeper muscle sound per say not a louder whiny sound... haha

yeah, I'm a little afraid that my car is going to sound weak so I'm trying to think of any way around it

If you go with the 40, from what I've heard of mine it won't sound weak at all. My friends have even asked me if I put a v8 in when I put on the exhaust. But mine is setup pretty unique so I don't know what a regular setup sounds like. I'll get a clip later and some pics too.
