    im going to get a custom ypipe done for 80-100$ is it worth it

      yes i know but i havent seen where it says anything about the y pipe specifacally. will a bigger ypipe give me some improvement in power or not. is it worth the 100$?

          you have factory tubular manifolds on that car. those are factory headers.

          if you are not going to upgrade the valvetrain (cam, rokers, etc.) nor add a supercharger or turbo or nitrous then just get a 2001 v6 catback. many to choose from. Don't mess with the Y pipe. no benifit at all. Read up on your stock exhaust system for more info.

          If you are going to do a major power change to your engine then consider coverting the entire exhaust from the CAT all the way back to 3". this is also very easy.

          either way, you have factory headers already. Those factory tubular manifolds already have a Y pipe.

          Besides, chances are the 'custom' y pipe' will not be mandrel bent. Most likely the flow will get messed up.
