I HAVE CUT MY EXHAUST OFF. FIRST I DID THE MUFFLER
AT THE AXLE IT SOUNDED LIKE I HAD FLOW MASTERS AND GOT BETTER PERFORMANCE OUT OF MY CAR THEN I CUT OFF SOME MORE, I CUT OFF THE CAT AND NOW I AM RUNNING OPEN Y PIPE I WAS TOLD AFTER I CUT IT THAT IT WILL MESS UP MY VALES JUST WANT TO NOW IF ITS TRUE AND WILL IT MESS UP MY CAR PLEASE HELP THANKS
the way you'd mess up the valves is cold air going back up the manifolds and hitting the hot valves. quickly cooling the valves like that can warp them.

i wouldnt worry about it too much. but i wouldnt drive around like that for very long, people have gone a few days with open headers/manifolds/y-pipe. i wouldnt leave it like that becuase one, its annoyingly loud, yea its fun for a day or 2 but it gets annoying quick, you could ( not likely though ) mess up your valves, and im pretty sure you can mess up your O2 sensor's too.
