i don't really know to much about the americain thunder systems, but i beleave it should fit your car
the v6 probably uses 2.5in piping while the v8 uses 3in piping and requires the modifacation of your tunnel brace
in my opinion keep your $200 and go for the v6 system
o yeah i forgot to tell you the v6 kits might not come with a s pipe, thats how some companies make them
your best bet would be to call a dealer or someone at american thunder to find out all of the details

that kit comes with an s-pipe. trust me i have it lol. it sounds tight too after a good 400 miles on the muffler

ya i still gotta figure out how to put it on the net tho lol. i have a video in the car out of it and just a little driving around. and it only has rasp if your idling and u rev it to about 4000 and up. but otherwise no it has a really low pitch sound to it/ very nice
