Do a search in advanced tech, magnus has used it. The MAFT just adjusts the MAF flow rate frequency, allowing you to adjust the A/F ratio. the MAFT+ allows you to advance the timing as well. This product is a way to tune without reprogramming, since reprogrammed computers are hard to come by.
