o2's & atap

just got my autotap enhanced in teh mail today, and i've been messing around with it for a few hours now. but i have some questions about monitoring o2 sensors. this enhanced version has the following options to monitor...:

O2 Sensor - Bank 1 Sensor 1 (%)
O2 Sensor - Bank 1 Sensor 1 (mV)
O2 Sensor - Bank 1 Sensor 2 (%)
O2 Sensor - Bank 1 Sensor 2 (mV)
O2 Sensor - Bank 1 Sensor 2 (mV)
O2 Sensor - Bank 2 Sensor 1 (%)
O2 Sensor - Bank 2 Sensor 1 (mV)
O2 Sensor - Bank 2 Sensor 1 (mV)

so which ones do i monitor to see if i'm runing to lean/rich? optimal is like 0.83V, right?
