HELP WITH FLOWMASTER CATBACK

ok, how the hell do you get the 2nd pipe from the catback to go over the rear axle of the car??? how did you guys do it???

almost impossible without a lift, i have a 2 post eagle lift in my shop, so it was easy :D

This is the worst part of the job. I'm not sure exactly how I did it, but I know after struggling for quite a while, I ended up taking off the heat shield, and that gave me *just* enough room to shove it in there.

Remove the panhard rod I think. It says it in the instructions/details sheet if you look at it. There was no way to get mine in unless I removed it, and it only took about 5 mins to remove.

Yeah I had to remove that rear rod to get mine in. Nothing major.

i just installed my catback yesterday and it was very easy. just follow the instructions exactly as it says without skipping anything and it would work flawlessly. my stock piping was no problem at all, and the new piping just slipped right in. and all the work was done on the ground without a lift.

I had a custom exhaust shop modified the pipe to fit over the axle. Cost $260 for the muffler, tips, and labor.
