cant get the stupid brake booster line off, im afraid ill tear it, any suggestions

I don't know if this will help or not, but I used needle nose pliers to squeeze the clamp, and then I gently tugged at it until it came off. Keep in mind that a big reason the hose is hard to get off is because theres alot of suction.
