may sound a little corny, but it works. Try using a hairdryer to heat the hose up at the connection. It will soften the rubber up a bit and make it more pliable, then just twist and pull.Comment

I don't know if this will help or not, but I used needle nose pliers to squeeze the clamp, and then I gently tugged at it until it came off. Keep in mind that a big reason the hose is hard to get off is because theres alot of suction.Comment
