Alright, I was hoping it wouldn't come to this, but I've really done all that I can do within my lazy parameters. Anyway, the new RamAir airbox that I have requires the MAF to be connected to the box itself, then a hose running from the other end of the MAF to the throttle body. On all the pictures I've seen, it's nothing but the V8 MAF and throttle body that I see. Even in the manual for my car, the only thing they show or even talk about is the V8 MAF, but they have one diagram showing that the 3.8 MAF is basically the piece that the intake hose runs to, however it's unclear to me exactly what piece it is, and where exactly the throttle body is, since it all looks like one big mass. I've checked the entire manual for diagrams as well as the entire internet, but nowhere does anyone talk about or show what I'm looking for. I guess it's one of those things you just have to get in there and find, but to be honest I'm not only too lazy to take anything apart, but I'm not the biggest expert in the world. I haven't taken it to the shop yet because I'd like to see if I can do it myself, with my lack of experience and all. For refference, here's a picture of the box *http://www.suncoastcreations.com/Ins...strationA.gif*. It's clear they designed this with the V8 engines in mind, which I can't blame them, but I'd like to know how I'm supposed to get this thing to work before I spend any money getting it done for me. I've been browsing these message boards for a long time now, I've just never posted anything, mostly because I just really got into modding my car and all... and for the record, I have a 95 Firebird 3.8, incase that matters. I probably have more questions I'll be posting in the near future, but one step at a time, right? Anyway, I'd greatly appreciate any advice anyone could throw my way regarding this situation. Thanks again.

I'm sure somebody here has a hook up like this, but here's my take. You might have easier than you think. Our MAF sensor is that about 2" x 3" little black rectanagle on top of the throttle body. Your Throttle body is that thing with the throttle cable connected to it. Looking at your pic, just forget about the part with that v8 MAF sensor and find a connection that will connect the box straight to the TB.95 Camaro 3.8L Y2K motor
www.cardomain.com/id/coriya71

Yes, your maf is in the throttle body. It's not removable. (not easily anyway...)

Thanks a bunch, it didn't really take me all that long and all I really had to do was extend a few wires and reshape the hose a bit, as it was clearly not designed for the 3800 engine.
