topic basically says it. I was dropping in the K&N filter to replace the stock one, and I happened to glance back at the screen and noticed a couple bugs and some debris on the screen. I looked around the intake area and saw no obvious leaks ... any ideas of common problem spots to check out?

I get a bug or two every now & then. They must be pretty flexable to get through the K&N. I think the best you can do is keep an eye on it, like everything else CAMAROS

The lid may have been off a little. It's possible to snap the clips down, but not have it on there exactly right.\'98 A4 Camaro v6->v8 conversion, and STS kit next
v6: 13.6 Powerdyne, 13.2 150 shot, 13.8 120 shot, 14.3 85 shot, 15.7 stock
v8(na): 12.18@113, 392rwhp
Moderator on www.mtfba.org and www.frrax.com (Road Race & Autocross)
Car pics, TN Region SCCA

Thanks for the replies. I shined a flashlight into the hose last night to look for any areas where light would come through (helps to spot the leaks) and found none. I did drive it a block or two before reading the directions for the K&N and noticing the gasket that was supposed to be in there. Some has gotten through since then though. I think I probally didn't have the lid on all the way like the guy above me said.02\' Camaro Coupe (A4)
