where to buy exhaust piping?

I'm gonna completly redo my exhaust system but I'm gonna do it myself...

should i do
stainless steel or aluminum?
2.5" or 3"? (gonna add turbo in the future)

where can i buy it? is there some company that will send out bundles of like 6' straight pipes? cause i have welding machine and i have a pipe bender and all kinda things and tools... i'm also gonna probably run the exhaust piping for the turbo under the engine, so i'll want to do some flatning of the pipes into a more of a flat oval shape... would aluminum be better or stainless steel for that?

I know summit sells like 4ft sections of aluminized 3" for like 20 bucks a pop....

SLP sells raw stainless steel piping. I know it's expensive, but I don't know exactly how much right now.
