I've been reading the posts about 3" exhaust and now I'm very confused on if I should up grade my exhaust system.
How will Pacesetter headers, 3" high-flow cat, and 3" Flowmaster cat-back (I also have a K&N intake) affect my 3.4L??? Has anyone done this to a 3.4?? Will my low end stay the same or drop like everyone says it does??? Please help me

You will lose a little low end power, but it really makes up on the top end. Back in the day, when I first started working on my 3.4L V6, I had doubts about going to a 3" exhaust system so I only did a 2.5". About a year later, I decided to run a 3" system with my Pacesetters and high-flow cat and I am glad that I went to a 3" system.
Your idea should run well with your current setup.

Which would be a better 3" system?? "Loud Mouth" from SLP or American Thunder from Flowmaster? I don't want it to be to loud so I can't hear my self talk, I just want a deep mean sound.

Then your best bet will be the 3" Flowmaster American Thunder.
Not everyone agrees you will lose low end power, some just think that it is redestributed across the low end rpm range differently and that the high end increases. So with the SOTP meter will think you loss low, but it stayed the same or got better.
