Glad to hear someone else has that catback system. I have a 3.5" Custom cold air intake, Pacesetter Ceramic Coated Headers and Y-Pipe, no cat, and the Hooker 3" LT1 catback w/S-pipe. I like it a lot! Got any sound clips? Im making a post in this forum with some cool sound clips from cars that my friends have and mine if you wanna hear.

I just had the carsound 94009 3" in/out cat installed with the 93-95 LT1 hooker aerochamber catback and dynomax 18" bullett muffler. Wow is it amazing. Just as throaty as the flowmaster was but much more even tone in the higher RPM range and little to no rasp. Also the characteristic popping during deceleration is just about gone. The droning that accompanied my flowmaster at certain RPMs is also gone. It feels like there is substantially more power too but that is probably just because my old cat was very clogged and broken up. This is the perfect setup imho, throaty at idle, quite at cruise RPM, but loud as h*ll when you get on it w/ no rasp. Total cost: $280 hooker catback, $40 bullett, $60 catalytic conv, $125 for install with all welds and new hangers/ new O2 bung. The stainless tips were nice, but I thought they looked crappy on our bumper so I got out the grinder and sawzilla and made them offset slash cuts, then sanded and polished them nicely. =4 hours of work but a sweet set of free tips.

I bought all of the pieces from summitt racing, those parts were cheaper there than anywhere else, and shipping wasn't bad at all either. All together it was under $400 for the summitt order. It all showed up two days later too!
