i live in the Virginia Beach area and no shops here will install my cutout......I can goto North Carolina sometime this summer, maybe, anyone know if that state has any problems? also, where is the best place to mount it, i was going to go before the cat b/c i thought it would offer more power, but i hear after the cat, and closer to the rear axle is what most people are trying to do?
