• How hard is it to adjust?

I have a 94 3.4L camaro with stock exhaust. I've been looking into getting a flowmaster 80 series. I went to a muffler shop to see if they could install one for me and he said sure its no problem to go from a 2.25" pipe to the 2.5" inlet on the flowmaster.

I still haven't bought a flowmaster 80 series yet (anyone want to sell me one??) anyways I found one for sale that is an 3.0" inlet and dual 2.5" outlets. Is that too big to go from a 2.25" pipe into the 3.0" inlet on the flowmaster? Or can they just weld some type of adapter?

I am not looking for performance or anything, I just want my car to be louder and have nicer looking tailpipes sticking out rather then the stock tailpipe I have currently.

I am also trying to keep this all done for around $200 so I don't know about doing a cat-back, too pricey for me. Unless they are really cheap to install??

Any advice would be helpful,
thanks,
Mike

when i bought my pacesetter catback exhaust from ebay i think it came to around 200 bucks w/ shipping. installed it myself so that was free. I think if you know anyone who has done anything like this before or is good with cars, you 2 should be able to install it just fine.

I paid $120 for parts and had a friend weld it. The muffler was a 2.5" in and out. Turned out really nice.

Checked out your site. Your car looks like mine, but you have t-tops. I wish I had them. Oh well nice car though.

Since your going to have your car in the shop to get the muffler put on you might as well change to a high-flow cat and the 2.5" piping all the way back. It saves yourself the hassle later on, trust me, thats what i should have done when i got my muffler put on.
