Need HELP quick fuel pump quesation

i am replacing my fuel pump i got the tank comletly out now on top where do i get into to take the old pump out and put the new one in?>???

there is a ring that goes around the circle that pulls out with the fuel pump. there will be a piece of the ring bend up in certain spots. u should put like a screw driver up agaist it and tap it with a hammer in a counter clock wise direction to twist the ring off. thats how it was on a 95 3.4 i did. and my old 89. hope that helps.
