Make your own. The only headers out there for our cars are unequal length shorty's. None of them offer huge gains. If anything, go with the Pacesetter's, they are the cheapest and are just as good as CIA.

Yes it's very loud that is the exact setup I used to run. Will it sound like rice? no but over 3500 it will sound like... i dunno, something rediculous that's for sure,i wouldnt say rice though.

my header installation and high flow cat alone was 600. that does not include the catback exhaust or the headers themselves..

Install the headers yourself then drive open y-pipe to the shop

i put mine on myself, but i would not recomend it to a person with minimal mechanicing skills. an exhaust manifold swap sounds straightforward, but with the way our engines are set so far back into the firewall and the small engine bay there isnt much room to work...it also gets very frustrating after about the 3rd broken bolt. i definately would do it again if i had to but ive turned a wrench a few times before.

then again if you feel ur up to it, most people pay between 400-600 for a mechanic to install headers. i put mine on myself and paid $25 to have my y-pipe welded to my exhaust.

can u get headers and run a stock exhaust?
                              how would it sound?

Or would u do it the other way around stock headers and exhaust?

                              which would be louder?
