yep, and its only been on for about 3 months. got it from summit for about $50 same time i got my edelbrock cat back. now its rattling at about 2000 rpm - 3500 rpm. what other 3" catylitic converters would you recommend? mines deffinately comin off as soon as i get my headers.

Take the heat shields off. They are freakn tack welded on there.You can easly pry them off with a screw driver. I did. No rattleing. :D

Doesn't the cat need HEAT to properly work? the heat shield is there to block off the radiating head from going to the underbody of the car.. make'n the inside of the car hot...
