  • IMPORTANT::: FOR THOSE WHO INSTALLED PACESETTERS ON 3.8

for the installation.. did you have to remove the motor mounts and jack up the engine? or was it all a breeze?

it should be a breez if you have a lift, but even with ramps i dont see why it would bee all that hard. mind you my mechanic did mine - cia that is.
6s.......under the hood or under the belt, they just dont cut it.

Don't mess with the motor mounts, it's WAY over-kill. The only thing that could be of any difficulty on the driver's side is the steering linkage. But even then, most do not have to remove it to install the headers. are you dropping them in from the top?? That would be the easiest way to go about it.

Mine went it easiest from the bottom. The drivers side was a pain, but the passenger side went right in. Just take your time and try and slip it in there.
And you don't have to remove motor mounts of jack up the engine.
