I already got a high flow cat back exaughst. How much power gin can i expect with some after-market headers?

You won't gain a whole lot with headers. You already have tubular manifolds which flow pretty well. I still run on stock manifolds but I'll be fabbing up some equal-length longtubes pretty soon.
